The calendars you already have
Caledari asks the operating system for access to the calendars and reminders on your phone. Those sync to your device from whatever accounts you’ve added in Settings (iCloud, Google, Outlook, and the like). Caledari reads them on your device to show your day and make the changes you ask for. We don’t connect to those providers ourselves, and we don’t copy your calendar to a Caledari server.
Talking to your day
On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, your requests are understood entirely on-device. On devices without it, your request and the relevant part of your day are sent securely to Caledari’s assistant to be answered, then discarded. We never store your words, never use them to train anything, and never sell them.
Your booking link (optional)
If you choose to share a Caledari Link, your free/busy times — start and end times only, never event titles or details — are stored on our server so guests can find an open slot, and any booking they make is written back to your calendar. If you never share a link, none of this happens.
What we don’t do
We don’t run analytics. We don’t use advertising identifiers. We don’t include third-party trackers. We don’t have an account system, and we never sell, rent, or share your data.
Crash reports
If you opt in through your device settings, Apple may share anonymized crash diagnostics with us. These contain no calendar content. You can turn this off at any time, and it’s off unless you choose otherwise.
Changes
If this ever changes, we’ll say so plainly here and in the app’s What’s New, in the same quiet voice, before anything takes effect. The promise is simple: your day is yours.
